King Management & Consulting (KMC) is a consulting company that serves the operational needs of nonprofits (churches) and small businesses with respect to account management, effective operating and administrative procedures and property management. In addition, we have a network of partnerships which offer financing, payroll services, new construction and/or remodeling, health, life & disability insurance as well as retirement plans.
I started this company after working and serving for over 33 years in the public sector, first with the federal government and later with one of the largest churches in the Middle Ga area. As, CFO and ultimately COO of one church in two locations, I was directly responsible for office operations overseeing a staff of 6 to 15 full-time employees, 4 part-time, volunteers in excess of 300, facility and property management and the administration of finances in excess of $100M.
I understand and accept that there is a calling upon my life to serve and to help others, as many as I possibly can, so this is what I look forward to daily as I have the gift of administration and fiscal management. I have been blessed to assume positions whereby much was learned so I now look forward to passing such knowledge and experience onto others who want to prosper and represent the best the Kingdom offers.
Steve Williams has worked in the financial industry for over 27 years as a Sr. Vice President, Market President, Senior Banking Executive, and Commercial Banker with several national and regional financial institutions. Mr. Williams also has worked on economic and business development projects with global impact.
